Game Afflictions are numerous events that occur to a character and/or monster throughout game. Be wary, as many are beneficial or deadly.

Berserk Elesis roars and the word BERSERK appears, those around her will be sent upward and back down, suffering a small bit of damage in the process. Sieghart and Dio are also capable to use a form of berserk, but without the word on the screen. Arme and Ronan can use a weaker form of berserk that only increases their mana and health regeneration, respectively.
